Empire: The old Emperor

Fast colouring is fast. But I like it that way - when I draw like this, I just put color spots, trying to found out how the light should lie. And there's rarely even two layers. Done this on the basic one)

Anyway, here is The old Emperor. He's very good emperor which makes him not so good person sometimes. He knows the price of peace and take it though.
He's wise, kind and always has that little bit tired look.
